our story
From the beginning, our mission has been to promote entrepreneurship as a viable career option for young people. We launched the Fellow Program, a one-of-a-kind one worldwide, to provide young minds with opportunities, role models, and the courage to dream bigger.
As the community grew, we witnessed many of our fellows launching their startups, often with a clear focus on impact. This shift led us to design new programs and projects that support not only entrepreneurs but also impact-driven entrepreneurs.
Over the years, our mission has evolved organically. Today, we focus on removing the key barriers that stand in the way of progress: limited access to talent, restricted access to finance, and the absence of a shared ground where sectors like private industry, academia, civil society, and entrepreneurship can come together to co-create, collaborate, and drive change.
Now in our 12th year, we have run over 50 programs and projects through collaborations with more than 1000 partners. Each project builds on our belief in the power of youth, entrepreneurship, and shared responsibility to drive Türkiye's socio-economic transformation.
